The UGL Unicco Regional Office in Arlington, VA showed its humane side by participating in the national and annually celebrated Take Your Dog to Work Day on Friday, June 25, 2010.

The event helped raise $1,000 for two local animal rescue and welfare groups: Animal Welfare League of Arlington, and "Pets 2 Vets".  The money raised was donated by the individuals who brought in their dogs.  Support from Mary Grygiel, Director of Human Resources and participating staff was a key in raising these funds.

The office was visited by three beautiful, energetic, and interested dogs. Treats, toys, water bowls were shared by all… it created one of the best dog days of summer!

The event was a great success and we hope that this is the start of a wonderful annual work tradition!
